Required skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field;
● Professional experience as a developer/engineer working with the LAMP stack and frontend technologies (Linux, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS);
● Ability to analyze and improve performance of web applications;
● Experience with agile methodologies and the full SDLC; able to propose new ideas, perform feasibility analyses, and scope work;
● Strong problem-solving skills;
● Excellent communication skills;
● Excited about working in a fast-paced environment;
● Expert-level programming and debugging skills in PHP, jQuery, JSON and Javascript;
● Proficient with MySQL, including complex SQL query writing and database design;
● Experience and familiarity with source control (GIT);
● Experience with Object Oriented Programming;
● Experience working with Linux;
● Experience with Amazon Web Services;
● Professional experience as a developer/engineer working with the LAMP stack and frontend technologies (Linux, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS);

Responsibilities:

● Create high quality code that can scale with a significant number of users;
● Work directly under Lead Engineer to implement new solutions and maintain;
● Existing code base Work with department leads to understand and analyze;
● New requirements Inform senior leadership of new tech ideas, products, and;
● Approaches that could help;
● The business grow and improve client experiences;
● Assist in QA and testing of existing and/or new features;
● Participate in release, build and deployment activities;
